Or in other words, minced pork meatloaf with a sour cream gravy!
The Hairy Bikers and their Bakeation have struck yet again in our kitchen with this flavorful, savory, meaty, loafy and amazing dish. I’m not a huge meatloaf person–I never have really liked it–but I do occasionally get a hankering for it.
And the Faschierter Rahmbraten really did hit that spot. We served it up with a nice, dark leafed salad and our own dressing of balsamic vinegar, lime juice and chili flakes. Meat-a-licious indeed!
