TILT – 13 February

Bum badda bum! It’s Thursday and time for another TILT wrap up.  This week I’m loving:

  • The first daffodils of spring are poking their heads through the mucky, muddy ground despite the battering rain and wind.  I’ve had a bouquet in my bathroom window and on my table for a week now and they’re just so gorgeous and cheery.  It makes me optimistic that spring is on its way.
  • It’s publication week for The Dead Wife’s Handbook.  I know I’ve already mentioned it but I LOVE this book so much and so far it’s been my only 5-star read of 2014.  I can’t wait to hear what others have to say about this beautiful book.
  • And finally, as far as I’m concerned, tomorrow isn’t Valetine’s Day… IT’S HOUSE OF CARDS DAY!

Yes, season two of the brilliant Netflix series is back and I can’t wait to binge all weekend on it.  I don’t foresee getting out of my pyjamas from Friday evening onwards.  To celebrate, we’re even making homemade BBQ ribs, pork and beans and corn bread.  Frank would be proud.

Tell me what you’re loving this week!
